GINGER GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN

 

Marinate overnight:
1½ lbs pork tenderloin
Marinade:
 
Whisk together:
2 cups of dry white wine OR chicken broth
4 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
Place the pork in a covered glass dish and pour the marinade over the pork.
TO COOK: remove the pork from marinade and discard the marinade. Grill tenderloin over medium hot coals, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes until a meat thermometer inserted reads 155°F.
SERVES 4
